The Morning After Brownie

The Morning After Brownie

Let me start by saying that this brownie isn’t a miracle brownie. It will not cure or prevent anything. I call it The Morning After Brownie because it is the only brownie that gets better the longer it sits on your kitchen counter.

Do not get me wrong; these brownies are amazing straight from the oven. They are moist, chocolatey, and decadent. They are hard to resist.

Something happens the day after they are baked. The chocolate becomes more intense, and they melt in your mouth. My taste testers agreed. My friend Tammy said that this is the best brownie she has ever had.

I believe my Morning After Brownies are so good because the method is different than other recipes. For starters, The sugar is melted together with the butter and dark chocolate and then mixed in with the other ingredients.

Whatever the reason, these brownies are amazing. I hope you make them today and eat them tomorrow, you know, The Morning After.

These brownies are Amazing. Easy to make, delicious, and easy to eat! They are better on the second day...that's why I call them the morning after brownie.
