Sriracha Dill Deviled Eggs
Anyone who makes deviled eggs believes that they make the best-deviled eggs that the world has ever seen. I know that can’t be true because I MAKE THE BEST DEVILED EGGS EVER!
No matter what gathering I attend that has food, there are always deviled eggs. Although the eggs taste similar, there are hundreds of combinations of ingredients that can go into making these little guys.
I have made deviled eggs for over 20 years and stuck to the same recipe that I had always used. About a year ago, I started deviating from my recipe by adding different things like bacon, but I felt like something was missing. It wasn’t until I added sriracha sauce that I felt like I was on track.
I love the smokiness that sriracha adds without too much heat. The addition of the white vinegar adds a tang. The dill rounds out the flavors into a perfect bite.
You might think your recipe is the best, but I ask this…If your recipe is the best, why are you reading mine? Lol!
