Everything Bagel Bake
I am a sucker for a good breakfast bake. I like preparing it the night before if I can. It makes breakfast less hectic, and the leftovers are great too.
The Everything Bagel Bake came about because we had leftover bagels from the week before. Stale bread is usually the inspiration to most breakfast bakes.
You can use any savory bagel for this breakfast bake, but I recommend day old Everything Bagels from a bakery for this casserole. The spice mix is excellent in this recipe.
The ripped up bagels, mixed with eggs, and cheese, bake up into a hearty casserole that would be perfect for any company at brunch.
The next time you have stale bagels on hand, throw this delicious Everything Bagel Bake together the night before, and you will be surprised how enjoyable the morning can be.
