Creamy and rich, our Smashed-Up Peanut Butter Cup Brownies are irresistible. They are easy to make and hard to keep around.
In a 9x13 baking pan lined with foil, lightly spray with cooking spray.
In a saucepan, fill with 2 inches of water. Place a heat- safe bowl over the pot. Make sure that the bowl does not touch the water. Heat the water in the pan to a simmer. Add butter, peanut butter, and milk chocolate chips. Stir the mixture while melting.
Add the following to the mixture; sugar, vanilla, and salt and stir until combined. Add eggs one at a time until mixed well.
Stir in flour until just combined. Take care to not over mix.
Bake for 15 minutes until the bars start to pull from the sides of the pan. Let cool completely before cutting. Store in an airtight container.
