Kitchen Sink Cookies

Its a cookie, it's a brownie, its sweet, and savory! This is my go to cookie when I need to impress my guests.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar lightly packed
  • 1 cup Mix In's m&m's white chocolate chips mini pretzel balls

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan with lightly simmering water, Cool the mixture to room temperature (about 15 mins).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs. Add to chocolate mixture and stir until combined.

  3. Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.

  4. Stir in all "mix-in" items.

  5. Chill for approx. 20-30mins, the batter will be slightly thickened.

  6. Preheat oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  7. Using a cookie scoop, scoop batter onto cookie sheet, 6 to a pan.

  8. Bake for 9-11 mins, until cookies are cooked on the edges but soft in the center. Cool completely on baking sheets.
