Cheddar Cheese Crisps

My baked cheese chips are a delicious snack that happens to be low-carb. It's just two ingredients that make up this savory and crispy cracker.

Ingredients

  • 24 cracker sized slices cheddar cheese
  • Everything bagel seasoning (enough to coat each piece of cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. Lay the slices on the baking sheet. Leaving 2 inches between them.

  3. Coat with everything bagel seasoning and gently press the seasoning onto the cheese slices. 

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until brown and slightly dry. 

  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the sheet pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
