Sriracha Dill Deviled Eggs

Classic Deviled Eggs are kicked up a few notches in flavor with the addition of sriracha, rice vinegar, and dill. This is your new favorite recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half with a sharp, clean knife, cleaning in-between eggs with a damp towel.

  2. Add egg yolks and rest of the ingredients, except green onions, and paprika to a bowl- mash and mix with a fork.

  3. Add yolks back into the egg whites using a spoon or pastry bag.Garnish paprika and green onions.
